The Story

Mateo Kadriu is a content creator and presenter based in Tirana, Albania, and the host of Top Tech, a weekly technology show on Top Albania Radio. He has been creating tech content since the age of 7 and produces high-quality videos in Albanian: unboxings, reviews, and news covering Apple, gadgets, and emerging technology. He works across the Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Blender, has recently started coding and building his own software projects, and is also focused on business, finance, and global markets. From technology to business, from content creation to global markets, Mateo's journey has always been driven by curiosity, discipline, and the desire to build something meaningful. He grew up between cameras, computers, and real-world business environments, developing a passion not only for creating high-quality tech content, but also for understanding how companies operate, how markets move, and how ideas turn into successful ventures. Today, his focus stands at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and global finance, the place where innovation meets opportunity.

Mateo was lucky to grow up surrounded by technology. His family ran a business mostly focused on Apple products, alongside their other businesses, and he was instantly fascinated. He still remembers his very first internet search at just 3 years old, watching YouTube videos and diving into Apple events, Steve Jobs keynotes, and product reviews.

By the time he was 6, he was spending hours next to his uncle, who taught him Adobe Photoshop. He would save hundreds of images a day, experiment with edits, and let his curiosity guide him until he learned it. At exactly 7 years old, he began creating tech unboxings and reviews. Of course, he wasn't a professional. He was a kid, but that meant his reviews were honest and genuine. He learned to edit those first videos in Final Cut, later moving to Premiere Pro at around 12 or 13.

Over the years, he explored 3D design, tried NFTs, and kept making YouTube videos, sometimes about tech, sometimes about interesting places in Albania, often mixing in fun thumbnails and the quirks of his younger self. He started attending more and more tech events in Albania, deepening his connection with the community.

Now, he hosts his own tech show, Top Tech on Top Albania Radio, while continuing to make high-quality YouTube videos. Technology has always fascinated him, and his goal is to create endless content that's both understandable in Albanian and produced to the highest standard.

He works across most of the Adobe suite, DaVinci Resolve and Blender, and has been passionate about photography since he was 14. From concept to filming, editing, and publishing across every platform possible, he handles it all, driven by one mission: to share his love for technology with the world.

Over time, his interests expanded beyond tech. He became increasingly passionate about business, finance, and global markets. Understanding how companies grow, how markets move, and how great organizations operate has shaped his curiosity even more. He enjoys studying strategic decision-making, market cycles, long-term value creation, and the kind of thinking that builds meaningful businesses.

His long-term goal is simple: to create companies that matter, build successful startups, and make an impact that goes beyond himself. He wants to contribute something valuable to the world, through technology, through business, and through the ideas he brings to life. For Mateo, success isn't just a destination; it's the continuous process of building, learning, improving, and creating opportunities for others.
